The experience
Outside camp season, the village becomes whatever your group needs: a corporate retreat far from the meeting rooms, the stage for a live-action role-play event, a yoga or meditation gathering, or the outing your parents' association has been meaning to organise for years.
No two groups are alike, so no two programmes are alike either: tell us what you're after — team building, celebration, training, a proper break — and we'll build the stay to measure, from a few hours to several days sleeping in the pallozas.
All of it less than three hours from Madrid, in one of the best-kept corners of the Sierra de Gredos.

A complete Celtic hillfort all to yourselves: 14 pallozas, a 13th-century mill, an 18th-century shepherds' shelter and meadows among the oaks.

How it works
Organising a group event shouldn't feel like yet another job. We handle the logistics so all you have to do is bring the group.

We send back a plan with activities, meals and accommodation if needed, with a fixed per-person price.
Step 3
We change, remove and add until it fits your group and your budget.
