The specific cancellation terms (deadlines, amounts and any refunds) may vary depending on the type of experience, the dates and the payment method. For this reason, the terms applicable to your booking are those displayed during the booking process itself before you confirm it, and those set out in the confirmation you receive on completion.
We recommend that you read them carefully before completing your booking and keep the confirmation email.
How to request a cancellation or a change
- From your customer area at reservas.aldealix.org, in the bookings section.
- By writing to us at aldealix@outlook.com, stating the booking holder's name and the booking details.
- By calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +34 620 277 438.
We will deal with your request as soon as possible and confirm the outcome of the cancellation or change in writing, in accordance with the terms applicable to your booking.
