The website only uses strictly necessary storage:
- Local storage (localStorage) for customer sign-in: if you voluntarily use the "Sign in" option to identify yourself as a customer, your browser stores a technical entry (named aldealix_user) in your device's local storage containing your email and your session credential, solely to keep you signed in and take you to your bookings. This data is not shared with third parties and is removed when you sign out.
- Language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE): a technical cookie that remembers the language in which you view the website, so that the same version is shown on future visits. It does not identify the user and is not used for tracking purposes.
If you do not use the customer sign-in, this website stores no cookies or data in your browser other than the technical language cookie.
3. Why is there no cookie banner?
The applicable legislation (LSSI-CE and GDPR) only requires consent to be requested for cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics or advertising cookies. As this website does not use any cookies of that kind, no cookie consent banner is required.
4. Linked third-party sites
This website contains links to third-party services (such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or the booking system reservas.aldealix.org). When you visit those sites, their own cookie and privacy policies apply, and we recommend that you review them.
5. How to delete cookies and local storage
You can delete cookies and stored browsing data at any time from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.

You can also sign out from this website's user menu, which deletes the session entry stored in local storage.
